South Carolina Dismisses Staking Lawsuit Against Coinbase

South Carolina has dismissed its lawsuit against Coinbase over its staking services, joining Vermont in doing so. The lawsuit was officially dismissed on March 27 in a joint stipulation between Coinbase and the South Carolina Attorney General’s securities division. Paul Grewal, Coinbase’s chief legal officer, celebrated the dismissal, stating that it was a victory not just for the company but for American consumers.
